Check out what is happening in Carrick this September

Film Club – “Wild Rose”
Tuesday 10th September 2019 / 8:15pm
Kerry native, Jessie Buckley (Beast), stars as Rose-Lynn Harlan, a single mother of two, fresh out of jail, whose dream is to leave Glasgow and make it as a country singer in Nashville. Her mum Marion (Julie Walters) simply wants her to create a home for her family. In this story of self-discovery, Buckley shines as the charismatic and cheeky Rose-Lynn.

Members €4.00 / Non-Members €7.00

Tearoom Sessions – NoCrows
Friday 13th September 2019 / 8:15pm
Formed over a decade ago by musicians from Sligo’s impressively diverse music scene, NoCrows embrace Irish traditional, jazz, classical and world music styles in equal measure. The presence of ‘Waterboy’ Steve Wickham in their ranks has drawn them added attention, but they are a multi-instrumental ensemble outfit, who describe themselves – not inaccurately – as a “folk orchestra”.
