David Skelly is a chartered accountant afflicted by the racing and bloodstock gene that results in more wishful thinking than one finds at Rome’s Trevi Fountain.
He practices as a self-employed accountant in Carrick-on-Suir, South Tipperary for the past 17 years and in the past has worked for Ballydoyle – the great “M.V.” – and Coolmore where he was financial controller and project accountant to the Magnier family. His clients represent a broad spectrum of enterprising entrepreneurs from the bloodstock industry where the quotidian challenges are handled in a calm and professional manner.
